Shipping policy

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it right away. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Multiple Shipments

To provide quicker delivery, orders may be dispatched seperately if ordering more than one item. If your first package doesn't contain everything you've ordered, don't worry, additional shipments are on the way. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Made-to-Order Items

Our products are made to order to help maintain quality and reduce overproduction. Please allow 2–5 business days for these items to be processed before shipment.

Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, including processing and shipping time. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the items ordered.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active and update within the carrier's system.
